Baji Baji Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Read

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Baji Baji website located at bajibaji.wine ("Platform") and all associated services including sports betting, online casino games, live dealer tables and any other features offered by Baji Baji from time to time. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood them, and agree to be bound by them.

Baji Baji may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms at any time, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

To register a Baji Baji account you must be at least 18 years of age. Baji Baji operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If age verification reveals that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided and any deposits returned minus any winnings generated. Baji Baji treats underage gambling as a serious matter and actively takes steps to prevent it.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. Baji Baji processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposit limits may be adjusted by the Platform at any time and may also be set voluntarily by you through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Baji Baji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Baji Baji offers bonuses, promotions and free bets to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The general rules in this section apply to all Baji Baji promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance that must meet the applicable wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet using the bonus before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household or IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of wagering requirement fulfilment.
• Baji Baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

• Bets placed using bonus funds that result in a winning bet exceeding a stated maximum win limit may be adjusted to that limit.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including multi-accounting, exploitation of technical errors, or coordinated betting patterns — will result in bonus removal and may lead to account closure.

Baji Baji offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting on a wide range of sports including cricket, football, esports and more. All bets are accepted subject to the rules in this section and any sport-specific rules published separately in the Baji Baji betting rules documentation available on request from our support team.

All bets are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation screen will display before finalising your bet — it is your responsibility to review the selection, odds and stake before confirming. Baji Baji will not void or alter confirmed bets due to a player claiming they selected the wrong outcome or entered the wrong stake, except in cases of clear technical error by the Platform.

• Baji Baji reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without notice.
• If a fixture is postponed and rescheduled beyond 24 hours, all bets on that fixture will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, Baji Baji reserves the right to void affected bets at its discretion.
• Cash Out offers on eligible bets may be withdrawn at any point during a live event — acceptance of a Cash Out value is irrevocable.
• Accumulator bets where one selection is voided are recalculated with the remaining selections at reduced odds.

Stated RTPs are theoretical long-run figures calculated over millions of game rounds — actual results over a single session will naturally vary. • Using someone else's account or payment method without their knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Baji Baji platform.
• Providing false identity information or altered documents during verification.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your Baji Baji account.

• Cool-Down Period: Take a break from the platform for a set period — typically 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our compliance team. Baji Baji's decision on escalated disputes, once communicated in writing, is final and binding in relation to the Platform's internal processes.

Baji Baji provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous availability, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free of interruptions, errors or technical failures. Baji Baji shall not be liable for any loss of profits, winnings, data or other damages arising from Platform downtime, technical errors or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Baji Baji's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the bet or transaction directly involved in the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or matters that cannot be excluded by law.

Baji Baji may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
